Box 2057 Page, Arizona 86040   ___________________________________________________________- ABOUT  US    Lake Powell Concert Association, Inc is also known as LPCA.   It has been in existence since 1959 and was formally incorporated as a non profit 501C3 with the opening of the Cultural Arts Building in 1975. Mission The primary mission of the Lake Powell Concert Association, Inc is to provide cultural events of the performing arts for the enrichment and educational benefit of the public. LPCA By Laws (Note) By Laws are currently being revised by a By Laws Committee. A shortened  form of the current By Laws are: 1. Meetings of the Board of Directors are  held no less than 9 times per year and additionally as needed. 2. The officers of the Board of Directors are the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and immediate Past President. 3. Elections are held for the officers of the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting following the end of the concert season each year, usually in April or May. Officers are elected by a majority vote. 4. In the event of a vacancy which can occur by missing 3 meetings  or by resignation.  The President can appoint a person to fullfil the term of the vacant position. 5. At this time, there are no paid personnel. 6. The Executive Committee consists of the Elected Officers. The Executive Commitee shall exercise all powers of the Elected Officers between regular meetings.  The Executive Commitee shall meet at the call of the President or any 2 members of the Executive Committee.  All Actions of the Executive Committe shall be subject to the ratification by the Board of Directors at the next offical regular meeting.  7. The fiscal year is July 1 of each year to June 30 of the following year. 8. Funds must immediately be deposited in a federally insured institution. 9.
